I have a bad experience from first flight courier. One day I got a gift from my office, all my colleagues got gifts, but I did not receive it. I also called to courier services, they have hold my phone for sometime and after that they are passing phone to other members and asking repeat questions.
And I have heard in phone that they all members were discussing with one another and telling bad words also and also telling that they are not helping me. After that, after two weeks, after continuous follow ups, one day one delivery boy has called me for parcel received that he has asked to me to collect parcel from office. This is my all bad experience.
