Hi friends today I am going to share my nightmare with this courier services. My pan card was sent via this courier on there website tracking is showing delivered but never recieved at my place. I tried to contact them over the phone but call always went unanswered. I sent them an email ( copy of email is attached) that too didnt yielded any result no reply or call recieved from them, now I dont know what to do. Guys I request not to use this courier for important documents.
