A friend of mine booked a parcel for me on June 28th 2017 and was assured 48 hours delivery across a distance of 200km approx.
The product reached the hub at my location on June 29th 2017 and after a few hours went'Out for Delivery' on status, I was relieved as I wasn't expecting so quick delivery but the dreams shattered when no delivery attempt was made.
I waited till July 3rd 2017 when I went myself to their hub to collect my parcel only to hear that'Sir, it was raining'.
In between I contacted their corporate office, regional office and where not.But got no response either over mail or call.
Please donot use FirstFlights services.and I wish that this company closes for India.
