I would like to share something about FAI Hyderabad. The Company and it's operations are very good and fantastic. People who want to learn something, can join the company. But should leave the company within 1 or 1.5 year. otherwise they may loose everything (Career/ life/ family life/ Health/ Wealth)
I pity you poor employees who are working for 8k-10k from past 4 to 10 years and coming to management, they don't know how to behave with associates. They look at production only, not on employee satisfaction.
Ravindra (AM): Not useful to Company & Headache to Employees.
Sekhar (Sr OM): Closes within short period, every process he is handling. but still he gets promotions.
Sasi (OM): Don't know how to talk with associates.
Bala Oraganti (AM): He call and treat associates like Buffaloes.
Sreeni (HR): Worst Worst Worst HR I ever had seen in my life. He feels like he is the CEO of Comp. Don't know how to manage people.
Anil (QA Manager): Recommendation candidate. No one knows his Job profile. But he is highly paid employee.
Deepak: I don't know why he is being a Senior manager.
HR Executives: They don't have any work except kidding and laughing loudly on production area. Conducts 1 to 1 session, takes opinions from employees and no implementations as suggested by employees. just passing time.
Finally FAI is:
For Management level: FAI is a very good platform for who want to pass time and take high salary home with no pain
For associates: FAI is a very good platform to learn something(for short period) but not to choose as career.
