HRBP Niharika has attitude, headstrong lady, not at all employee friendly. We have no clue how she became HRBP. That girl has less patience and she never come to our desk and inquire about us. Please move that girl into operations, she can better fit into desk job than people job.
She treats us like labors and never ever respected us. I and my batchmates personally went alot of times to HR cabin with problems, she is a lazy HRBP. MR. CEO and MR. VP please read this blog and kindly remove her. because the meaning of HRBP is changing to worst. we have no trust in her, that girl tell everything to operations manager and made our life miserable.
