Fire N Ice is a prominent Discotheque in Bombay. Situated in the phoenix
mill compounds which is the most happening entertainment hub in south bombay. Phoenix mill compound has 2 restaurants (Bombay Blues & Noodle Bar), 1 huge shopping mall cum supermarket (Big Bazaar), Exclusive Clothes store (Pantaloon), Cafe (Barista), Music Shop (Planet M), Sports Bar (Bowling Co) and a disco (Fire N Ice). Fire N Ice is NOT the largest disco in bombay (That position goes to Velocity at Tardeo). Its has a dance floor and a upper storey where the Pub is located. The dance floor is not so big. It must be around 600 Sq feet. The Upper storey is half of that. The Cover Charges are about Rs 1000 for a couple for a saturday Night and i think it will be less for any other day. I went there for the first time on 11th May 2003 as L’alliance Francaise De Bombay(Where i am a student) had booked many passes for the students. Its another thing that my group got an absolutely free entry due to Personal Contacts. The Music is absolutely pathetic. I mean if you go to a disco like Fire N Ice and spend so much on a date (Obviously you wont go alone) you wouldnt want to dance to bhangra music or kaliyon ka chaman or sholay. Believe me that is the kind of music they play in a disco. They play occasional retro (Queen, Wham etc), Eminem, Jennifer Lopez, Shaggy but overall the music is bad. The Dance floor is small and there is just one exit. Trust me, if there is a fire, there will be complete chaos. The disco has absolutely no fire protection equipment(I did not see a single fire extinguisher). The Bar is very expensive. I do npt consume alcohol but i know that A glass of cheap beer will cost Rs 70. Major Credit Card are accepted. The positive part of the disco is that there is a huge FREE parking space outside. I assume it can easily accomodate 300-400 cars. The crowd is very young and on saturday nights you will see The ’’Creme De La Creme’’ Crowd. (Those nut case page 3 people who do not have any work except partying). Go to this place only if you are getting free entry. Not worth spending even 1 New Paisa.

Entry Charges: Approx Rs 1000 cover charge on saturday
Type of Music: Mix of all
Couple Entry: No Comment
