On 2003 first-time I went outside india , my frist onsite-business trip . I always wanted to visit USA but the first foreign trip for me was UK . BUt while staying in UK , I had to made another foreign trip to Helsinki and I went through FINNAIR .
Check in at Heathrow Airport is very fast and smooth.
No priority boarding for business class passenger , but ( + ) boarding was
quick and smooth.
- I will say that the service level at Finnair is much better then at SAS
on these Scandinavian flights.
- Good food and selection of beverage. The cabin crew are nice and
friendly - and give attention when you call for it.
However ( -)I saw they are relatively slow .
(-)The amenity kits that Finnair hands out have things that you may need
during the flight, but they are not as good as say Emirates or
Continental.
Arrival at Helsinki Airport was good . I will use Finnair again because of their prices and service onboard -but as a frequent flyer miles hunter the Finnair Plus program or other
Oneworld partner programs do not offer good value.
