Cons: quality, pricing, poor pictures & close ups of items & descriptions on web                 I ordered an engagement set and the quality is very poor.  When I got them they were beautiful however after only wearing the engagement ring for 1 month the band is all worn and rough and caused my finger to break out.  I purchased the warentee that covers it for a year but the Fingerhut web site doesn’t tell you how to go about using your warentee and customer service is not available on the weekends.  The only info I can find on returning or exchanging this set tells me I can only return or exchange it for 30 days from date of purchase.  That doesn’t tell me how I go about getting a different ring with the warentee.  (So the web site is also useless and everytime I use the site it slows everything down and almost makes my computer freeze.  I know my computer isn’t the problem as this is the only site I have this problem with.)        I also ordered several items with them for my kids for Christmas and I was very dissatisfied with the quality of everything especially for the prices the were being charged for.  I got my son a frog planet and it is cheap plastic but it cost me 20 or 30 bucks when based on how it looks and is really should only have been for 10.  I have never shopped on line before and I gotta tell ya, this does not leave a good taste in my mouth about how they are.        I always hesitated in purchasing something I don’t get to physically see but gave them the benefit of doubt and got screwed.  And since was before Christmas to get them by that time, when Christmas Day came it was already too late to return anything based on their 30 day exchange/return policy.  I am not only stuck with poor quality, but also a bill that I’m stuck paying for crap!  I could have used the money to wipe my behind with and got better results and still had money left!  I don’t recommend ordering from them or any on line company unless you talk to several people who HIGHLY recommends them.        I am very unhappy with the quality not to mention the poor quality ruined my engagement!  Thanks for nothing and making my engagement very memorable in a very bad way!!!!  We will have to see if they will correct this issue with the set and maybe if their customer service will change my mind, but as of right now....................... I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANYTHING FROM FINGERHUT UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY OUT THE NOSE FOR SOMETHING THAT EVEN CHEAP TOILET PAPER CAN GIVE YOU BETTER QUALITY!!!! How useful was this review?
