Its a end of 2012 now and just 2 days back I buy used Uno Diesel 1999 model. You guys will laugh that I buyed this car which is almost now 13 years old, but I worked in Mercedes Benz from last 15 years and I know how to see whether the car is in condition or not. Earlier I owned Used Santro 2001 model for last 2 years and in last week I sold that Car in 80k and buy Uno in 70k. I just spend 5k more for his new battery, thats it.....
From last 2 days I drive 400 kms and that was awesome.....Mileage 24 kms on highways (without AC). Many people say, U get the Car in very Good condition. One mechanic told me that u buy this car expensive but when I started my Car he says.....marvels. In 10 years of Garage line I have not seined this type of best condition car. Color, Engine marvels.
All 4 new Tyres already been installed from 1st owner in last month. Air conditioned was superb..... nothing to be done. not like a alignment or servicing.1 st owner has done the servicing and then sold to me. In two days I just say I am happy with my deal.
Regarding spare part availability, in Mumbai and Pune......sab kuch milta hai. Lets see and will keep u posted....... for further updates.....for now chow...............
