I have purchased Fiat Palio(Diesel) on 23 Aug 2009 from Concorde Motors, Bangalore. there are defects found in the painting of brand new car.
Car has been repainted in the following parts,
Left side rear door & handle.
Left & Right side of the fender.
Under the bonnet.
This has been brought to the notice of your service on the second day of my purchase. They gave me the clarification that it is just a furnishing defect. After consulting from 3-4 professional painters it was confirmed that it is repainted.
Now I’m very much dissatisfied by the product.
It has been more than a 4-5 weeks I've written to the concorde motors about the concern i've with the new car. Still i've not got any kind of relevant response from them. It has been most worrying factor for me that even though i've already been to the showroon thrice, still i'm not getting any kind of picture.
This is raising us a major concern on the process of TATA Motors and Fiat India.
IS THIS THE WAY INDIA'S TOP COMPANY WORK?
