I have ordered cake for my sons birthday for 7th Aug 2016.Before ordering online customer care convinced me for confirmed delivery on 7th August by 12:30 PM. But on 7th august at 12:30 when I called they refused to deliver the cake on time at 12:30 PM .I said if my party is at 2pm what I will do with cake at 4:30 pm and this was discussed before booking the cake.While booking customer care was behind me to complete the payment transaction fast online and he has sent link in email.At 4:30 delivery person came with cake I havent taken the delivery then on call customer care said we will pay refund.But when I called them they straight away refused to pay refund of Rs 1600.So overall fake company who is only duping people and promise big things.
