I had ordered for a bouquet for my friend on his birthday and had made it fixed delivery(by paying 100rs extra for fixed timing delivery) and wanted to keep it a surprise . The delivery boy called my friend and cooked up a story that since the delivery guy met with an accident, the boquet will be delivered next day . He even revealed my name that it was from me. they should have immediately passed on the delivery to some other outlet if that was guenine and atleast kept the name unrevealed .
I was disappionted to know from my friend that they delivered a day old bouquet to him which were not fresh! These people ruined my plan tro suprise him! not worth paying extra for Fixed delivery!
