Had ordered a gift then I get a mail saying that the address was incorrect when I have been getting all parcels to the same address. Now I have asked for refund or redelivery they say it is not possible. Such big cheaters. Have lost my money and valuable time and left with no gift. Worst ever online shopping experience.
