I ordered dry fruits and cake for my brother in India. I got delivery confirmation mail but the things didn't reach him. I called their customer service and they told that they delivered the stuff to a lady, but there was no one. One hour later my brother received a call saying that they are late and they will deliver the stuff soon. The customer service people are big liars and they were late.
It totally spoiled my surprise.
Inspite of bad reviews, I took a chance and it is the biggest mistake.
Don't spoil your special occasions because of this website.
