FNP E RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction
I had scheduled the delivery for the order no. 910657 for 1st Nov. 2016 between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and had paid extra shipping charges of Rs. 400 for the same.
However, it was not delivered on time.
When we called on your customer care at 8:50 AM, we were first told that the order is out for delivery. When asked for tracking details(how much time will it take to deliver), we were told to call later. We then told the customer care agent to file a complaint and refund atleast the shipping charges.
On calling later, the customer agent then had the audacity to tell us that the delivery guy had called and they would not refund the amount.
Moreover, I am getting a mail at 9:30 AM that my order is now out for delivery.
Its 11.10 AM now and it has not been delivered yet!
Spoiled the bhai dooj for us!
