Don't trust these people, I have more than 10 years of online shopping experience. But first time I'm buying something from FNP, thought it was a legit website. Today I've placed an order with them in the morning.(20/08/2017) on 11:37AM. As I wanted to deliver the product today itself because it was the receiver's birthday. And I wanted to make it special surprize. So, before placing the order I've double checked with the customer care team and the agent told me that they have a store outlet in my city. I dont have to worry for anything. So, I beleived in that fake promise too. I've placed the order with order id: 3288626. And I got the confirmation that it will be deliverd within 11:00-21:00. After 9.45pm I called them because there were no update about the delivery. And they put me on a long hold and told there is some network issue(great fake excuse) will revert within couple of minutes. And there were no response. I've raised a complaint again from the website. And I got an immediate response from the CS team that my case is closed as they are working on it. I've attached the screenshot of that mail. Please dont trust them, this is a fake company. Anyways, once after getting refund I'm gonna move legally for cheating customers with fake info.
