I had placed an order for flowers which was not delivered yet charged in full! I have been trying to contact the support team with no response.


Forget the charge I paid of 1500 Rs they are not concerned or apologetic  after recieving the payments. Horrible experience no more deals with fnp! I would consider my money donated to these poor guys!


According to fnp they did try to deliver the attempt but it failed! A second attempt will not be made as per their policy! Is that a joke? U could not deliver in 1st attempt u wont make  a second attempt? Ridiculous! I got a email from fnp at 2am saying contact us in 2 hours or we wont deliver ur product! obviously I started to contact them in morning around 7 am and ended up having no response no delivery and no refunds! simply disgusting experience for customer care!
