I ordered a cake and candles to be delivered to my husband for his birthday. while ordering, the area to be delivered was accessible.as I was doubtful I had called to the costumer care and asked and they ensured me that it would be delivered on time to the address. once I found the delivery was not made even after the delivery time I called to enquire about it.and they tell me it cannot be delivered as it is a non serviceable area and cannot deliver it.after being told it would be delivered even after frequent enquiry last minute they say it cant be delivered.and they dont have the basic courtesy to inform me about it.and I came to know because I called them and asked.even the costumer care executives are very rude and harsh.they themselves dont know what they r doing.or what their work is.all they have to say is we are not aware of it or I cannot provide the information.i spoke to Mr. Siddiqi, Mr. Abhishek and another supervisor in the costumer care.
its a request to all please do not order anything from fnp because u will b really disappointed.fnp is the best if u want the occasion to b ruined.
