Either pay extra or forgot your money. Review on Ferns N Petals

I ordered a cake for my dad's birthday for a mid night delivery once in Fern N Petal online.

Watta worst day I had after ordering!

They called my father and asked the address. He explained them in detail where my home was. Then they said we don't know your place. we will deliver it in the next slot.(Don't think the place is so much interior or some remote village.Its Just Whitefield, Bangalore). So my father told them that he is okay to receive it until unless it is delivered within 2 PM.

They agreed and they said they will deliver it by next day morning 11 AM.

Next day my father is eagerly waiting for the cake which his daughter sent until 12 PM. It was not received. So that he called the delivery person who called him last night. he didn't pick the call. he tried to reach him until 1 PM. But no response. Then he informed me all these hungamas.

I called the customer care and asked them to check. And their answer took me to the mars.

They said "Mam, it will be delivered tonight 11-11.59 PM". I was literally shocked. I asked for a midnight delivery on yesterday and you are saying you will deliver it tonite. After a long conversation, they said they will transfer my call to complaint dept.They connected me to the Complaint dept after couple of songs which was as long as "Ab Tumhare Hawale Wata Saathiyaan". The complaint office told that they have attempted the delivery. I was like totally blank. when they have attempted the delivery? They called and said that they dont know the popular area of bangalore and rescheduled it. and they are saying they attempted it. So I asked thats fine, but can u tell me whether it ll get delivered by 2 PM?

He just told me, "Yes, it can be only if you are paying extra 150 INR redeliver charge". I was so pissed off by hearing this.

I already paid 899 INR(649+250(Midnight delivery charges) and They haven't attempted the delivery. now They are asking Pay 150 INR again we will deliver.

So I asked, is it possible that I can cancel my order and get my money back then? They just nodded their head as NO.

So my only choice is to pay them extra and get your cake. else just forgot the cake charge+ midnight delivery charge for the mistake which is not mine or recipient.

My only mistake was I chose this website to order the cake. The cost for it is 899 INR+ 65 INR(Phone charges on talking to these customer people) and obviously disappointment for myself and my dad.

They say by their statement as Anywhere Anytime. we will bring you Smiles. Here was I sitting miles away from my dad thinking they will bring Smiles on me and my dad.

But what myself and my dad got is DISAPPOINTMENT.
