I ordered for midnight delivery of flowers and cake for my friend's b'day and got a confirmation msg/email as well from FNP.The cost included addition 250 rs for midnight felivery. The next day morning I check for any message from friend and none.! Iget to know tht the delivery is not done!
I call up customer care and some guy tells me that he is really sorry and delivery wil be done tht day.The whole purpose of surprise and wishing sumone at midnight is lost.:-(
I ask him if he can atleast deliver it before she leaves for work and he says he wil che k wth delivery person and get back.I maje calls back and forth to customer ser ice to get an update and finally I am told tht it can be delivered by 11 only.!
I request him to make it earlier and he says tht cant be done. The irony is tht tge customer service team is given only one training.-keep telling sorry all the time.How much every angry and frustrated the customer is.All the ppl from customer serive tht I spoke to were really good at this.But that is the only training they had no clue how to fix the issue or do sumthing to compensate for the bad experience customer had.
I am sure tht I will NOT use Ferns and Petals henceforth.Really disappointed with the service.
