My Fiancee had ordered cake for me on my birthday(03/03) as I was far away in another city. The product I received was so pathetic that it spoiled all party mood. The bread used in cake was so hard that it could be assessed by the fact, when I cut it with knife(provided by FNP as complimentary), it bends at first, then to avoid more embarrassment I gently hold base and tried again.
Even the guests who have tasted it said that it seems like cake has been made atleast a month before and preserved.
Though service was good as product arrived on time but as far as my knowledge goes what's the use of service if product is not upto mark for which we have paid.
Overall it was embarrassing moment for me on my birthday and I myself will never ever buy any product from it again, nor will recommend it to anyone.
P.S. -> If FNP wants, I will provide them with details of order just to prove authenticity of this review.
