Business Model:
Charge the client for the product chosen from their website, promise a delivery.
Have a excuse ready for non delivery.
In my case, as recipient was not in office, FNP delivery team themselves offered redelivery tomorrow.
I would have asked them to leave product at reception, but fall into their trap.
Send message of attempted delivery.
Be silent afterwards, let client run pillar to post.
Now guess what? Show then T&C highlighting the point that delivery will be done only ONCE.
(That is only one part of T&C, other clearly states that if receipt is not available they will leave a note to collect the product from the nearest florist or leave the product at a secure location in the premises.)
And ask for more money for redelivery.
You are left with 2 options: either pay extra for redelivery or lose the money already paid.
FNP ki balle balle and you are left with a big hole in your pocket and a spoiled occasion.
Beware of FNP.!
