Hi friends, On last month I have booked a bouquet and a garland to my parents anniversary and I have booked through online and I have paid the money also in online and they have given the time and I was waiting for the products I have ordered and they said that they will send a person in the early morning and they haven't sent, I have called to customer support and they are not at all responding for the delay. I got the product at afternoon and they have collected extra money from me and I am very much irritated and I have opened the packet and the flowers in the bouquet are not fresh and the flowers became black and it is a fake website.The product quality is also poor.Reliability is very less
