I have had experiences with so many websites, companies and many more till now, few good, few bad, but this was the worst experience in my life.
I ordered birthday cake for next day evening delivery, there was an issue with payment and tried multiple times, but it failed every time, I got vexed and left it. Then I got a call from them where they sent a link to make payment, I was happy and completed payment, but realised that I have selected the next to next day by mistake in the process of placing multiple orders. So, I called customer service number and I had to wait for literally 5 minutes just for somebody to answer my call.
I explained the issue, they said they need to check with vendor to prepone delivery date, and put me on hold for 5 more minutes, I was waiting like it's never gonna end, and finally he told it can't be done. Then I just asked to cancel it. That's when he said I will try again and put me on hold for 5 more minutes, and came back and told that it is done and cake will be delivered next day itself, I was somehow satisfied.
Then the next day came and I was waiting for my cake, poor me, for it never came. Then I called up customer service to start never ending cycles of waiting, after 5 minutes one person attended, I asked my order status and when will it be delivered. He said he need to check with delivery team and kept my call on hold for 7 more minutes, who will keep customers on hold for minutes together, I got freaked out but just kept on waiting because I already made payment, till he cut the call.
That's it, even after waiting for 15 minutes on phone, I got no response, no callback, nothing, worst service ever in history, mean, idiotic, reckless, senseless, careless customer service.
JUST FORGET ABOUT ORDERING ONLINE HERE NOT TO LOOSE PEACE OF MIND
