I still remeber my fiance birthday this year on august 18th, when I was in Europe and ordered a red rose bouque with a message, which was supposed to deliver on the same day with message on the card.


Well I cant deny that she recieved it on time, with the same quality of roses as promised by Ferns N Petals, however till date what makes me sad is when my girl recieved the bunch of roses, she did recieved a normal handwritten card ( Pathetic handwriting ) , she was not able to read it and she asked me what was the message. Till date I remeber that day and keep my mouth close. I would appreciate you guys if you can maintain a good quality cards with printed messages for a better customer experience.
