I ordered a bouquet for my aunt and uncle anniversary. Their site was good and informative, however no such many discounts. The flowers delivered by them are fully stale and rotten. The shopkeeper just sprinkled some water and delivered it with nice packing. My aunt called me about it. I was so disappointed as they ruined my surprise. When I called them they told me to share a pic of the bouquet. As I uncle aunt lives in a small town alone, they dont know how to use mobile to share pics. I told this to fnp and they dont want to consider it at any cost. There prices are also out of this world. If you select midnight delivery theymy ask you 250 bucks more and then delivery boy call deliver the product directly at 11 saying it would be late for him. Poor customer experience.
