I am amazed how come some say they did not like the service, imagine the convenience...
I booked last night (6may)@ 2306 hrs worth Rs 1298/ and by an error put in a wrong delivery address of a different city for todays (7may)delivery and then sent a mail at 2349 hrs for ammendment,and called one of the directors at nite too, though he did not receive the call at midnite.He did call today to enquire though for the reason of the call.
Today (7may)morning @ 1000 hrs I called the help desk and told them that the delivery to be executed today (7may) itself of the same product in a different city and in 20 minutes they confirmed the correction has been done and even confirmed with the bakers and told me that since my msg was too large for the cake should they put it on a accompanying greeting card, I agreed and about 30 minutes (1600 hrs-7may) back I got the confirmation from the addressee my Sis and Bro in Law that they have received the lovely bouquet of flowers and a Choclate cake to their delight just in time for the evening tea time celebrations. their TENTH MARRIAGE ANNIVERSARY.Thanx F n P !!
