The products are overpriced, of pathetic quality. Delivery service is poor.

I did mistake of ordering three products for Bday of my relative(on July 12) without reading the ratings and had to pay the price

First product was delivered one day before the date of Bday. The customer support of company said they have no control over courier service and order can be delivered any day before due date. What a joke!

Second product i.e. a bouquet consisted of flowers which were uneven in size and stale. Quality of paper the greeting card was worse than that of a newspaper. The message on card was shabbily written. When I emailed photograph of Bouqet and greting card, this time the customer support offered me discount of 20% on next domestic purchase. What a fraud!

The third product crossed all the limits. The cupcakes were of poor quality and they displayed the same message as on the image shown on website under product description. The message I had given for personalizing the cakes was missing. Now customer support said I had forgotten to write the message which is clearly a lie. What a shame!

So summary: Dont go by looks of products displayed on website and buy from fnp. You will only ruin your occasions and waste money.
