THANK YOU! - for ruining an important day for my family. I didn’t ask for the moon and stars all I asked of you was to deliver – a bouquet of flowers and a cake to my parents for their 42nd Wedding Anniversary. I had placed the order well in advance and kept waiting for SMS confirming delivery. When that didn’t arrive, I called your helpline not once or twice but thrice. They say third time is the charm but trust me, it was NOT!
Before we begin may I respectfully suggest you change your tagline FLOWERS, ANYWHERE ANYTIME…(Since you don’t really do that do you?) And withdraw your claim to be the best online florist.
I called your helpline thrice from QATAR for a total of 47 minutes @18.48 Rupees per minute, they were not able to track my order. I was promised a call with details of my order in 15 minutes, I guess the service representative forgot about it – maybe he stopped to smell the flowers! I called back and after the normal MINDLESS 9 am-9 pm MANTRA, an intrepid service rep(EID 18260) gave me the most ludicrous reason for the delay. The reason I was given was that the delivery location was “AN OUTSKIRT AREA”. Well imagine my surprise cause as far as I know my little outskirt area has 45 registered millionaires. Undaunted I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that there were all busy handling other issues. So I guess I felt a little bit better, knowing that I was not the only guy suffering from your SECOND-RATE and SUBSTANDARD service.
FNP there is a time to provide each service - YOU CANNOT CALL A DOCTOR AFTER THE PATIENT HAS CROSSED OVER likewise THERE IS NO POINT IN DELIVERING FLOWERS & CAKE TO A COUPLE cele_45BRATING THEIR 42ND ANNIVERSARY AT 9:00PM. I’m going to make this real simple so that you can understand WHY WE CHOSE FNP - The reason I chose to use your service is so that they could receive it at a godly hour say sometime during the day, which would make them happy.
As far as I know Flowers are freshest in the morning a cake is baked by bakers all over in the morning! But you were willing to deliver stale flowers and a stale cake to your customers at 9:00 in the evening. Your Service agent kept STUPIDLY spewing the 9-9 delivery mantra(keep in mind) it was 20:15 when he reiterated this. THE DELIVERY HAS NOT BEEN MADE AS YET(as of 22:15 pm 25th May)- NO SMS. NO CALL FROM FNP AS PROMISED
I have gone through the posts on your Facebook page and see numerous unhappy customers. This means that you flowery chaps have not made an effort to address the issues.
I don’t want you to be my FLOWERLY ANYTHING. IT SEEMS LIKE YOU HAVE BEEN LINING YOUR COFFERS BY CHEATING CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PLACED THEIR TRUST IN YOU. THE AMOUNT MAY APPEAR SMALL TO THE GREAT AND MIGHTY FNP, BUT ITS STILL MONEY I EARNED HONESTLY! YOU HAVE CHEATED ME AND CAUSED UNDUE STRESS.
WHAT I WANT IS A FULL REFUND OF MY ORDER INCLUDING THE 868 INR I SPENT ON THE PHONE CALLS(check your records as all calls were recorded for training and quality purposes).
