FNP E RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction

I had planned a surprise for my husband for Valentine's and after continuous call to customer care they confirmed that the bouquet will be delivered before 4:00 PM to my husbands's office. But to my surprise the bouquet was not delivered at that day and another morning I got the message that the bouquet have been delivered which is completely not acceptable. If they want to keep the bouquet to themselves I would have delivered to fnp address itself. But they should not cheat customers and moreover after my complaint through mail they don't have any courtsey to call or give back my amount. Completely bullshit services and cheaters .
