FNP E RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction
Ferns and petals is not up to mark in their service.Their customer service sucks, they reply after weeks often.Their quality of product is also questionable as many a times old and reused products have been delivered to many of my friends.Their delivery time is generally average as most of other small e-commerce sites.Their app is very childish and website is slow to load.Reliability depends upon personal experience and we can decide on that point.
