FNP E RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to achieve customer satisfaction
I have been a regular customer from fnp.com for more than 5 years. This year for the first time, I complaint about the quality of flowers/ bamboo - which died with a day of delivery.
First it took them more then 7 days to reply, that too after repeated reminders and with a reply saying that there is nothing they can do.
They charge is almost 1.5 times what other companies charge just for their brand name and this is what they deliver.
Its just a shame that the only time a person complains they blame it back on the consumer, instead of looking into the issue.
I have lost all trust and never ever using them again!
