I ordered bamboo plant with card for same day standard delivery(6 to 9 pm) on 19.01.2017 account of my anniversary to gift my husband.
At around 8 pm I called the customer representative to know about status of the order for which I had received mail and message that my order will be delivered between the time. To my dismay the representative replied that the order is on hold as plant is out of stock. However they did not give any prior intimation or even mail regarding to me so I could have planned something else or cancelled the order. They spoiled my day as I could not gift as desired by me. And even after this they kept on saying that they had sent me mail. Till now I have neither received mail nor order. If they could have initially told out of stock I could have better changed my order or bought anything from shop. These are people who think as customer has paid it is the customer who will suffer. I will never buy anything from them nor recommend.:(
