I had ordered a rakhi gist just because it showed a delivery date for August 17th, 2016 between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM. The product was not delivered and moreover I had sent 2 emails wanting to have the order cancelled since they did not deliver on time. There was no response from the FNP team and when I called in again on 18/8/2016 they said that it is already been dispatched and cant cancel the order. I had only ordered it because they showed that it would be delivered on 17/8 2016 by 9:00 PM and they did not and now I have to take the package even after the time frame has passed just because it has been dispatched. Very poor subject to commitment. Never going to order again.
