I had placed two orders last week to deliver a flower arrangement of lilies in Mumbai. One of the orders was to be delivered between 12 to 3 pm. The flowers did not reach the destination and hence I called at 4 pm. I was told that lilies weren't available at that outlet and hence they requested me to identify other flowers. Helplessly I had to settle for roses and orchids. The bouquet reached the person at 7.30 pm. The orchids withered in two days and so did my patronage for FNP.
In the other order I was pleased to get an sms in the morning at 9 am stating that the flowers were out for delivery. The bouquet was to reach by 12 pm and hence I was a bit relieved. At 1.30 pm also the flowers had not reached. When I called customer care I was told that due to Ganesh visarjan day deliveries were impacted. The person to whom the flowers were to reach was in office only till 1.30 pm. Eventually the flowers were delivered to the security guard. One lily bloomed and other buds. Chaos again.
I received a note stating the feedback was registered and they woukd offer me a doscount of 20 per cent the next time I ordered. No discount code was shared. I really doubt if I would order from FNP again.
