I generally don't take the effort to write reviews but it seemed imperative that I do write one for this service called'Ferns and Petals'. I had ordered an anniversary present for my parents nearly a week before the date with detailed specifications regarding the delivery.
Since I had heard a lot about this service, the least I was expecting was timely delivery if not the promised quality. To my shock and horror not only did my parents not receive the gift on time, they didn't do so for nearly ONE WEEK. FNP did not even bother to contact me or answer my calls or make any other form of communication. When they finally did they gave me the lousy excuse of not having the product in the specified color and hence not making the delivery. NOT ONE NOTIFICATION WAS SENT TO ME REGARDING THIS.
I spent 3000 bucks on their website to be treated with the worst experience of online buying ever. The product was of cheap quality and far from satisfactory. I would never recommend this site to anyone.
