I have used the service only once. And it was shocking. Let me narrate the incident.
One of my friends called me in the evening to order cake and flowers for her husband's birthday. I tried to place a order for midnight delivery but I couldn't as it was already 9 and they take midnight delivery orders upto 7 pm only. I called up the customer care just to make an exception and get it delivered by 1 am but they didn't. Not their fault, I was late. So I just placed the order for next slot available, ie 8 am, next day on behalf of my friend ( the sender) .
They assured me to get it delivered as early as possible. And everything was fine, until she sends me a pic next day. Apart from cake and flowers, a greeting card too was included, bearing my name instead of hers. What the.
I thought I messed up but upon checking I found the entered details correct. I don't know how they control so many other orders. But in my case, raita faila diya. : (
Don't ask me if I complained, it would have been of no use. What would they do, except apologising.
