I ordered a bunch of premium flowers(order no 2025650) on women's day and paid a hefty price.
Waited till 9 PM and got a call from customer service that order will be delivered next day morning.
Again waited till 12 PM next day and when I checked with customer service they said it will be delivered in the afternoon. After multiple follow ups with customer service they finally delivered an absolutely poor quality bouquet.
I am also attaching the photographs. The vendor simply placed the green sponge on top of glass vase(which BTW looks like a lab beaker) and wired them together as if he was supposed to deliver it to a caveman. FNP sings the song of its own praise .we are no 1 this and that .but in reality they are thugs and cheating all the customers.
