Ferns N Petals is a popular brand but my experiemce with it was not so good.I ordered a chocolate bouqet for one of my relatives on his birthday. Firstly, the gift did not reach at the time given to me. It was delayed and they never followed up and even they did not let me know that it is going to be delayed.Secondly, the chocolates were so less in number that it was very embarassing that I ordered a bouqet with only 5 choco stix in it. Is that a good recommendation?
FNP charges quite high for its products and gifts but do they still think that someone should get late delivery of a birthday gift that too with a not so good gift? Ofcourse people order from them because of a trust on the brand. And according to budgets but FNP is not able to satisfy low budget customers then they should not cater them. It was the worst experience ever.Please guys you better send something from flipkart and amazon instead of wasting someones special day by sending them so-so gifts that too after the birthday is over.
