I had ordered a customized cake for my son's 1st birthday. I had given the picture to their online support staff and requested that if they cannot prepare it, let us know we will order some other cake. but the sales guy in true blue sales fashion agreed to what ever I said. when the cake arrived at the last moment on the birthday. To our horror, the cake that we had ordered was not there. They just sent some random cake from their own catalog. Sad to say but the only thing that our guests hated was the cake ordered from Ferns and Petals. Better order something from your local bakery then trust these ahs.
