Asked for delivery 10PM. PAID 200 rupees for it. Was told by customer care that it wasn't possible beyond 9.45 Pm. I agreed to this. Got a second call later saying they cannot deliver beyond 9.30. If you cannot deliver beyond that, then why do you say 9-10 PM and charge 200? Awful! Never again! Non existent customer service! Once you pay, you have no refund or option s. better flower sites out there. avoid!
