This book is hard to follow, repetative, written totally for the wrong age group. It's the small kids who are into ''wizards'' and ''great beasts''. But they couldn't possibly read this book because I'm very, very good at reading, english, and still can't follow the story. Just as it's getting good, it stops and you have to get the next book! The Hobbit is much better written and much better story too. Stick with the originals definatly works with this one, sorry to say. I apologise to all the LOTR fans.
The film was just as bad, I thought aswell!
