Though I am a Boy and I am not it's regular user but whatever I have seen about this cream is that it is just a temporary source of fairness with a fragnance, whenever you use this product it gives you a fair complexion but soon you can observe the absence of the fairness, it is a fomous product because of the number of it's commercials.
Fairness does not matters, what matters is the personality, if a person is fair but not a good person in the society then fairness and the person are good for nothing.
