Fair and lovely works in reducing pigmentation to some extent if compared to other OTC skin lightening creams available in the market, however it also cause a white mask like coating on skin that gives instant lightening effect.Fair and Lovely provides instant fairness so absolutely fine to use it on occasions and parties.You will get this product any branded retailer and this is good for value for money .
