We have a Faber hob which is completely jammed. Have been calling Faber Customer care for a week now. All they do is to give a lame response everyday and an false promise that technician will come the next day without any resolution at all.
Please do not buy this product if you feel that you cannot spend this much time, energy and effort on following up with customer service people.
Worst customer service ever.
