Waste service by the company. Review on Faber Chimneys

Hello friends I want to share my opinions on this Faber chimneys.I have purchased this chimney on the advice of my friend. I brought this last three months back and I am very disappointed with the performance of the device. The main problem lies in its pulling capacity of the chimney is not so high.The customers service is also very poor and delay process. When it was brought it took 3days to set and get started. After a month of usage it got repaired and the service men said that the wiring problem has occurred in the machine.The charge they took is 1000Rs and it was high. The cost of the chimney is also very high and it has got 9, 500Rs.The chimney can be used easily and not a problem with that but cleaning it is bit hard. The style and design are nice but performance is not so good. It stopped working now and a problem again persits. The durability can't be trusted and I don't think it gives the long life. The company has got the habit of Irritating customers with their delay process and poor service. I don't recommend this and before buying better ask the 1)warranty 2)it's performance and the smoke consumption capacity.Thank you.
