First Faber's warranty service is pathetic, you have to post them registration form, that too Indian post. If that doesn't reach your warranty is invalid. This is the worst company you can find, pathetic after sale service. I have been calling from last week for servicing, nobody turned up till now. Finally, when they decided to visit, a guy called me and I couldn't pick up the call due to some reason. And when I call him back in just 5 minutes, I am told that he is done for the day and can't service my chimney. My biggest mistake was to go with Faber.
