I had earlier shopped with fabmart.com while I was in India 3 years ago and had enjoyed an excellent service then. Recently I had ordered a washing machine as a gift for my father-in-law through fabmall.com.

They had assurred that the product would be delivered within two weeks. They were prompt in debiting my credit card. However, even after four weeks the product is yet to be delivered. They don’t bother to keep the customer informed of the status through email. I am totally frustrated.

When I called then a week ago they said that now I would not be able to cancel the order and assurred me that the product would be delivered by this weekend. If the product is still not delivered I would file a complaint with my credit card company and am also considering filing a criminal complaint in the event that the product is not delivered and they don’t refund my money.

They can’t expect to take us for a ride and get away with it!!!!!!!!!!!
