I am fed up.. I was a regular customer of
fabmart especially for buying books online. But they cheated me in my last shopping. It was nearly 1 years ago that I faced this real cheating.
I ordered 2 books from fabmart and selected single delivery option. I used my credit card for purchase. Soon after purchase they deducted the amount from my credit card. I received my first book after 1 week or so.
When I checked the status of the second book through website, I got information that they dont have stock right now and they are trying to arrange one. I just waited for 1 week. After one week, I got a mail from fabmart that they were unable to arrange the book and they cannot deliver. But they did not refund my money. How come they do that to me??? I send lot of mails to their customer support and did not get any reply at all. I gave up that time and stoped all my purchase from fabmart.
After 3 months or so, I received a mail from fabmart customer support saying that they are sorry about the incident or so and they will solve the problem soon and told me to send the information once more. I thought that was a good move from their side. So I send the information to them once more. But whats the results??? nothing... No response after that. I sent some more mails and I gave up..I thought if fabmark is going to grow with my money then let them grow!!!
I am writing this review in this web site after a long way back due to one of my friends inspiration. I also thought it will be better to let everybody know my experience so that they will also take care of this.
So be careful with FabMart. Never ever trust them... My experience taught me a lot.!!!
