Haven’t read any reviews on this site, and purposely so. Thats coz I didn’t want to think twice on my judgement of this site.

To be short and simple, IT SUX Big-Time !!

First of all, as I managed to open up a review by Lavanya...I saw that there were a few pro’s listed out there !!! One of them was that they had a pretty large collection of books. Well, my dear Lavanya...I really cannot agree less. I know they got a huge collection of books, but only the Popular ones. I really couldn’t find even a single one of the books I was looking for out there. There is absolutely no wavering from the mundane and the regular...just so much like the traditional Indian shopkeepers’ mentality. I mean last time I wanted to buy a camera, I had to run all over Pune to find the model that I wanted and I never managed to get it. I had to settle for a lil more expensive model(not to mention after haggling, of course [;-)]...).

Then, theres the music. Well, arright, I again, never managed to find a few off-beat albums that I was looking for (a lil Country stuff). But anyways, I did buy TONS of stuff from their site. I mean something like 15 cassettes I think. That is way more than 2500 bucks, I counted. Arright...everything is good upto this. Then one fine day, I decided to check how many reward points I had got in my account. Thats basically coz they had launched this huge blitz asking everyone to buy stuff at their place and that they’d give reward points in return. And they also said that each point would be equal to a rupee. SO I though that I’d probably buy a T-shirt or something. So I checked out my account and guess how much I had....THREE RUPEES. Man !! That was so pathetic.

Well then, I wrote a letter to the customer cell and asked ’em to clarify. I get a mail which sez that I had just bought very few things from ’em worth about 600 bucks I think. I was really really mad, and I wrote another letter telling them that I had all the damned cartons(Reeper would know [:-D]..he he he ) alongwith all the receipts and stuff and I could clarify anytime. Then what happens....well they just ignored the stuff !!! Look at the nerve on those guys.

Then I just couldn’t stop myself...I wrote a really nasty email to them asking them to cancel my account and that I’d never visit the site in my entire freakin’ life. I also asked them to absolutely immediately stop sending promotional emails. Then, look at their nerve..I got two ore emails the next day.

Then I sent another mail threatening to make use of anti-spamming laws against them if they didn’t stop the shit. Know what, the customer service cell didn’t even respond to that second email...ha ha...and whats more, I still keep getting their mails, though not so frequently.

Anyone know how I can complain to the authorities against this damned site ?? I mean its CLEAN BLATANT SPAM !! Anyone else had a bad experience ??? Do tell me about it !!
